# usefull.io

> usefull.io turns saved Instagram Reels and posts, TikToks and YouTube videos into structured personal-library cards: recipes, places, films, music, books, products and more, each linked to its source.

## Product facts

- Product: an early-access personal library with a Telegram Mini App, a web app and a Telegram bot, for making saved social content useful later.
- Supported inputs: Instagram Reels and posts shared to @usefull_io in Instagram Direct; Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links sent to the Telegram bot or pasted in the app; the public demo on the homepage, which works without an account.
- Earlier saves: Instagram does not let apps read the Saved folder, so past saves are imported from an Instagram JSON data export uploaded in the usefull.io profile (queued, with a daily limit).
- Best-fit content: recipes, music, places, movies and series, books, products, events, software, workouts, life hacks, and other practical recommendations.
- Live outputs: the usefull.io library (Telegram Mini App and web), Telegram notifications, natural-language search in the Telegram bot, and read-only access for ChatGPT and Claude through the usefull.io MCP connector.
- Not yet available: exporting a list to Google Maps or a playlist to Spotify (each card has its own Maps or Spotify link today).
- Not a downloader: usefull.io extracts and organizes useful information; it does not download or repost Instagram/TikTok media.
- Availability: early access. A personal library needs an invite: join the waitlist on the homepage, or use an invite code from someone already on usefull.io.
